Henry Sy continues to reign as the richest Filipino with his whooping $11.4 billion income as of March 2014. The SM top-honcho bested other candidates on the world’s most prestige billionaire’s list.
Lucio Tan, the owner of Asia Brewery and Fortune Tobacco was placed on the second spot with his $6.1 billion net income followed by by Alliance Global owner, Andrew Tan with $4.7 billion earnings.
Next in line is port and casino firm owner, Enrique Razon Jr. with $4.2 billion income while Cebu Pacific’s John Gokongwei, Jr. was placed on the fifth spot with $3.9 billion.
Emerging on the sixth spot is the construction firm owner, David Consunji of DMCI with $3.3 billion net worth. Landing on the 7th spot is Metrobank’s top-honcho, George Ty with $2.3 income as of March 2014.
Placing on the eight place is the restaurant mogul Tony Tan Caktiong $1.7. He is the owner of Philippine’s largest fast-food chain, Jollibee and other franchise of Greenwich, Chowking and Pizza.
Robert Coyiuto, Jr., the owner of Prudential Guarantee and Assurance lands on the 9th place with $1.5 billion net worth. He is the owner PGA Cars which distributes cars like Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini and Bentley in the Philippines.
Lastly, the founder Philippine-based real-estate firm, the Filinvest Development by Andrew Gotianun was placed on the tenth spot with $1 billion income as of March 2014.
